While at #brewza2017 you have to make your way over to the #homebrew table to sample the #mochaberryStout This Coffee Stout was brewed by local Steve Cook who has been home brewing #beer for about 2.5 years.

He has done a magnificent job at finding the right balance of coffee and stout, making a very enjoyable rich and creamy beverage.  The coffee Steve used was a Fairtrade Organic coffee from Sumatra that was roasted dark then cold brewed to make the coffee concentrate.  The coffee was roasted and cold brewed at our cafe in Orangeville just before it was added to the stout brewing process.
